Acne is an annoying disease which can strike at any time and any age. So it’s not unusual to see many people try to find any type of acne control tips to get rid of their problem.

Here are a few unusual acne control tips I’ve come across on the internet.

• Washing your face with your own urine or baby urine. OK, this ranks high on my yuck factor. My or any ones else’s urine is strictly for the potty and not to be used on the face. The very idea of using emissions of one end on the skin of another end of my body gives me the shivers!

• A pearl powder and egg white mask. Powder the pearl and mix with the egg white to form an iridescent mask to control acne. I might be a country bumpkin doctor but I still value pearls and I’d prefer to wear them as a pendant, rather then powder a perfectly good pearl to put on my face. The pearl pendant is much more guaranteed to get admiring glances.

• The 3-minute face-wash procedure. I don’t have time to eat and take care of an active two-year-old toddler. So how on earth am I going to get him to sit still so that I can rinse my face for three minutes? The whole world could be destroyed by the sitting dynamo which is my son.
