I bought the e-book for my daughter who is 23. She always had great skin until last year when she started to have deep, cystic acne on her lower face. i have a question…. what exactly does the diet involve? just eating apples and drinking water for 3 days?
That is part of it, but it also involves several other cleansing techniques. The apples are used to help bind the toxins, but you still have to rid yourself of the toxins and thats where the analysis of in the book comes in.
I was actually quite suprised by the book, I thought it was a gimmick, but it actually is 130 very well written pages with techniques and explanations which were in line with the techniques I used to permantly overcome my accne.

I downloaded the e-book but haven’t found a good time to start the fast (I’m a pretty thin guy and am a bit nervous about fasting on nothing but apples for three days because i’m also trying to put on some weight). I was wondering if the effects of acne free in 3 days are permanent. If I have a lot of garbage in my colon etc, and clear it out with this fast, will I stay clear?
The cleanse will rid yourself of the toxin producing bacteria in your colon. This effect will be a real jump start in the right direction.
Over time you may begin to build up stagnation in your colon again, but through small corrections you will be able to remain acne free without having to do the complete cleanse again.

if i want to try out the method that this books suggests but i am currently using proactiv, should i stop using proactiv altogether when i try the process of this book? And also, will the acne free in 3 days procedure be less effective since stopping proactiv causes me to break out?

but dpes it work when you don’t have severe acne but just small zits and some pimples?
and is it healthy and working when you’re only 15, and have experienced teenage acne for a while, or is it better to let it be?? i really want to get rid of it though!!
