2. Whiteheads are located within the skin . Pinching will not get them out. . Let them fester in peace and within a week they explode and die. 3. Be very very careful while removing black heads, steam your face first. Blackheads are plugs of sebum which are closing the pore openings and are now collecting dirt. Don’t use your fingernails to pinch the skin but use a professional extractor after steaming your skin or getting a warm water bath. The black head will just slide out.

4. Control new break outs with medications. Benzoyl peroxide lotions are very useful in reducing acne breakouts.
