There are many skin conditions that are often mistaken for acne, but isn’t acne. One such condition is keratosis pilaris, which is very common amongst teenagers. These attacks are characterized by patches of red, tiny and kernel hard bumps that are found on the backs of the person’s arms, buttocks, shoulders and the front of their thighs.
