Taekwondo is a martial art that is characterized by unity of life, mind and body, along with unity of pose and concentration and cracking down. There should be perfect synchronization of mind and movements in Taekwondo.
This same nature is extended to life and society and how Taekwondo is now the principle of mind training, physical movements and the principle of life in becoming one and the same.
Taekwondo reaches harmonious growth and improvement in life with its unique activities; this is why Taekwondo is considered to be a way of life.
So to lead more valuable lives in society, you just have to find the guiding principles found deeply embedded in the martial art, Taekwondo.
